With a healthy mix of veterans and youth, Gian Piero Gasperini’s boys have muscled there way into Champions League conversation after concluding their 6th consecutive win over the weekend.
One of the standout performers, former Milan youth product Andrea Petagna, spoke to Sky Sport ahead of their Coppa Italia match against Pescara, about the club’s incredible run of form as of late and the excitement of playing at Juventus Stadium on Saturday:
It is a dream for the entire city. We will try to make it last as long as possible. It will be a beautiful match. It will be a dream playing in such an important stadium. I knew to come to Atalanta and find a great manager, who is giving me confidence, play 90 minutes and improve everyday. The dream continues.
