Reports in Spain suggest that Arsenal tactician Arsene Wenger has identified Milan’s M’Baye Niang as a target for the summer transfer window.
Arsene Wenger has decided. Niang will be his next big transfer target in the summer. The Milan man will not be moving in this transfer window but according to Mundo Deportivo in Spain, Arsenal will make an offer for him in the summer. As Sanchez’s renewal drags on, Wenger is on the market for another forward with an eye for goal. For this reason, the veteran manager has set his sights on Niang, who’s currently struggling for consistency with the rossoneri.
Niang has enjoyed positive spells at Milan but has often been plagued by confidence issues. If he does in fact go to Arsenal, the winger still very much represents a work in progress. While he is currently a big part of Montella’s plans, it is still possible that the Italian giants will entertain offers for their winger.
