The Bayer Leverkusen men are both targets for AC Milan as reported by calciomercato.com.
Apparently, Milan’s new director of sport, Massimo Mirabelli, has set his sights on Karim Bellarabi (26 years old) and the very promising Julian Brandt (20 years old).
However, to Massimo Mirabelli, Bellarabi has been his target for a while, and reportedly could make a move for the German right winger in the January transfer window. Bellarabi has not been the same since a serious muscle injury which is currently sidelining him until at least 2017.
Therefore, a move in January could mean that Milan would essentially be paying for an injured footballer. However, this also means Milan may get a discount on Bellarabi’s potential services. According to calciomercato.com, Bellarabi’s normal price tag is around €25million, in light of recent events, Bellarabi’s price tag will inevitably dip.
The 26 year old German winger has recorded 3o goals and 32 assists in 121 appearances since the 2014/2015 season. It goes without saying that a fully fit Karim Bellarabi could do wonders at AC Milan.
