AC Milan picked up Carlos Bacca on an expensive transfer of €30 million to AC Milan from Sevilla, but that only tells the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Colombian international.
Coming from Aletico Junior CD in Colombia, Bacca transferred to Club Brugge in Belgium at the age of 25 years old for €1.5 million in 2012, before joining Sevilla for €7 million a year later in 2013.
During his spell with the Spanish side, Bacca scored 49 goals and collected 22 assists, as well as 14 yellow cards in 108 games played.
In total, Bacca has played in 259 professional games in his career, scoring 131 goals and racking up 61 assists.
The Colombian flourished under coach Unai Emery, who was by far his most successful coach so far during his career.
