The AC Milan midfielder has been a key component on Vincenzo Montella’s side this season.
It’s no secret that Giacomo Bonaventura has taken it up a notch under Montella’s regime. His presence is felt heavily on the pitch, and his absence is felt even stronger. Bonaventura will miss his second game in a row this evening against Roma due to a thigh injury.
Meanwhile in London, Antonio Conte has put Jack on the radar for January. According to Talksport, he’s ended up on the list of “desirables” by the Premier League leaders.
Bonaventura is currently negotiating a renewal with Milan, but the Blues could be keen on his arrival at Stamford Bridge if the initial talks go well.
The report goes on to say Chelsea would be willing to be €23 million for the Italian midfielder. He arrived from Atalanta in 2014 for €7 million.
