Cuadrado arrived in February 2015 for roughly €30 million from Fiorentina. He failed to assimilate himself into Mourinho’s plans and was subsequently loaned out to the Old Lady. Paradoxically for Conte, he requested Cuadrado be signed for Juventus while he was the head coach in 2013-14.
The Colombian international made 28 appearances for Juventus last season after joining the club on loan for €1.5 million.
