Former Juventus boss Antonio Conte’s future has two ways it can go; one involves a move to Ligue 1 and the other coaching the Italian national team.
According to Sportmediaset, Conte has two options if he would like to return to the bench soon. The obvious link is to the Azzurri, which has seen Conte’s name churned up in the rumor mill since Cesare Prandelli’s resignation in the wake of the Italian’s disastrous World Cup campaign.
The other link is to Paris Saint-Germain who would spare no expense to bring Conte into the fold. With a move to PSG, Conte would see an exorbitant pay bump befitting a superstar coach to manage Les Parisiens.
Not only that, but coaching the French squad also means the deep pockets to compete in the transfer market as Conte sees fit. Conte’s decision to leave Juventus came on issues with the club’s transfer policy.
The 44-year-old’s entourage reportedly has been approached by PSG for a move to France, despite the fact that Sheikh Al Khelaifi still has a manager at the Parc des Princes in the shape of Laurent Blanc.
