Palace Joins West Brom Albion in the pursuit for Franco Vazquez.
Crystal Palace have made three big signings in the shape of Steve Mandanda, James Tomkins, and Andros Townsend, and it seems that they are not finished yet.
According to GianlucaDiMarzio.com, the South Norwood side are interested in signing Palermo’s star player Franco Vazquez. Crystal Palace has put in an offer than has been rejected by Palermo president Zamparini, who in the past has gone on record to state that the ‘trequartista’ is worth 25 mln euro.
There is still time for Alan Pardew’s side to make a counter offer, but one thing is certain, Crystal Palace is seriously interested in the Italian.
The 27 year-old joined the Rosanero in 2012 from Belgrano for €4.5 million. He’s scored 22 goals in 109 appearances with Palermo during his tenure in Sicily.
Vazquez has been capped two times by the Italian national team.
