FIFA Agent Luca Compiani spoke exclusively to IFD on the latest regarding AC Milan’s calciomercato.
Regarding Sime Vrsaljko, Compiani gave us an update on Milan’s interest:
“According to recent reports, the agent of Sime Vrsaljko should meet with Genoa and AC Milan today or tomorrow to close the transaction. I think that the excellent relationship between Galliani and Preziosi will ensure that the operation is finished quickly,” Compiani said.
“President Enrico Preziosi of the Rossoblù wants €7 million for the Croatian, more than the current value of Matri, [which] initially appeared to be bound in the deal. For this, AC Milan seems willing to also take the player on loan with the right to buy after next season”
Lastly, he gave us an idea of what the Rossoneri’s agenda looks like for the immediate future:
“At this time there is much talk, in addition to Vrsaljko, of Alessio Cerci of Torino after the pursuit for Iturbe seems to have cooled. In addition, the club has always committed itself in an attempt to redeem Adil Rami (proposed 4 million Euro). It that fails to materialized I think that the club could focus on Astori of Cagliari,” he concluded.
