5. Anwar El Ghazi, Ajax

The 21-year old is a very gifted winger for Ajax, a club synonymous with the Rossoneri, who brings quite a bit to the table. Although Suso is a lock for the right-wing, Anwar El Ghazi is fully capable of playing on both flanks. This favours Montella tremendously given how flexible he is as a manager with his tactical setup. The ex-Feyenoord starlet, first linked to Milan last winter, is by no means a finished product. However, that’s not to say he can’t have an immediate impact on a club like Milan who could use some added creativity and flair, even if it comes inconsistently.

El Ghazi has split time between the Ajax’s first team and their U-21 squad, performing fairly well despite what numbers indicate. Any club pursuing his signature is most likely paying for his potential self, but Milan are in need of a winger who could slot right in from the jump and provide Montella a burst to the finish line.

Despite a possible competition with Lazio for his services, the Rossoneri are better suited looking elsewhere. Chance of a move: under 10%
