In his lone season at the post of the Rossoneri during the 2014-15 campaign, former Primavera manager Pippo Inzaghi could be preparing for another go as interest comes from Serie B.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Serie B club Avellino could be ready to provide ex-Milan striker and manager Pippo Inzaghi with another crack at coaching in Italy.
The 42 year old was hand selected by club president Silvio Berlusconi during the summer of 2014 to replace Clarence Seedorf on the bench of the seven-time UEFA Champions League winners. Despite a promising start to his managerial career in the Italian top-flight, Inzaghi failed to deliver as Milan finished in 10th place, missing out on European football once again.
Last summer, Inzaghi was relieved of his coaching duties as expected Torino manager and former Sampdoria boss Siniša Mihajlović was hired in his place.
