The captain of Torino is being courted by big European sides however he doesn’t seek an immediate move from the Granata.

Both the player and his agent have spoke on the situation in recent days, neither seem to have been really telling on a possible move from Turin.

Clubs like Zenit, Besiktas and Leicester City have all made advances to acquire the Poland defender, all of who could offer Champions League play, but that may not be enough to convince Glik.

Jaroslaw Kolakowski, Glik’s agent spoke to Turkish newspaper Falatik this past week on the latest.

“I can’t speak too much about the situation, you’d have to ask the President. What I can say is that Turkey is a beautiful country and Besiktas is a great club. Glik for now is concentrated exclusively on the Euro. And also for this reason I cannot respond to questions about his future.

Speaking to Polish media, Glik stated he really has no intention on leaving the club.

After the Euro I’ll decide what to do. Right now I sleep in peace, I’m not stressed. We’ll see what happens, I speak every day with my agent, but it doesn’t get in my head. Is there also the chance that I’ll stay with Torino? We’ll see, 5 years with a club are a lot, together we’ve done a long and emotional journey, but I’m sure I’m not the only to have done so, every year we’ve sold players to great clubs.

“In Turin I live wonderfully, it’s an ideal city for me and my family. From one side there’s the temptation to say here for a long time where I feel at ease. However from the other side there’s where I dream about the club clubs, the big games. I know I can still grow a little more, I’d like to play at the highest levels in the European competitions and win trophies. I think that’s a legitimate ambition. If the right offer comes we’ll talk about it with president Cairo, between us there’s an excellent relationship, I can call him at any time of the day, of the night and he’d always respond. But I won’t force anybody. In these past few years I’ve built something beautiful with Torino and the fans, I don’t want to destroy this relationship. Certainly the time will come to talk with the club and make the final decision.”
