Juventus midfielder Hernanes expressed his satisfaction at his recent play and his side’s convincing performances.
In his post-match interview, the Brazilian said:
“We did well to open up the game in the second half and like the manager says, games in Serie A last 90 minutes. We must know that we could be dangerous all game. I’ve adapted to the role the manager has put me in. I’ve learned the finer details of the position and I know what I need to do. We have good players, everyone must do their job and with organization we’ll do well.
Did Allegri’s positive comments help you?
“A lot of things have, it’s never only one thing. I’m very happy to have stayed here in the end, and I’d like to thank God for that. I still wanted to achieve things in my career, something that would only be possible here. When everyone doubted me, that’s when I felt most in form. My teammates always gave me a hand.”
Did you foresee Lazio being in third place at this stage.
“I saw their game on replay. They did good and I’m happy for them. When you work hard, it’s only right it bears fruits.”
