In the wake of the bianconeri’s victory over Dynamo Zagreb, Juve’s strikers Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain are happy with his team’s performance and look ahead to the upcoming Turin derby.
Juventus striker Paulo Dybala spoke to media in the post-game at Juventus Stadium, after beating Croatian champions Dynamo Zagreb, 2-0.
“Training is different from playing, I am ready to do my best. I find myself at ease with either Higuain or Mandzukic, it’s up to the coach. As far as im concerned, I feel comfortable in any attacking role”, Dybala told Mediaset.
On his form, Dybala said: “I am ready for the derby on Sunday, I don’t know if I’m ready to play ninety minutes, but more than today”.
On Juve’s next Champions League adversary, Dybala is confident in his team’s possibilities: “We do not fear anyone, it depends on us”.
Gonzalo Higuain also spoke to media today. When asked about his recent drought said: “All strikers want to score goals but it’s not always possible. In these months without Dybala I played more of a supporting role, I’m a bit out of the position where I was used to playing”.
Then, Higuain looks ahead to Juve’s upcoming matches: “We topped the group, achieved our objective, now we have to keep first in the league standings and win the Super Cup.
Overall we have to improve, and to work well. But first we must rest up for the derby“.
