Recently Inter have been negotiating with Mauro Icardi over a contract renewal and have made two offers to the player.
Over the last few weeks, it has been reported that Inter have been in talks with Icardi over signing a contract renewal. While the deal itself is in the final stages, a question mark remains over the player’s image rights. In order to overcome this obstacle, the nerazzurri have put two offers on the table for the player to ponder on.
According to Sky, one of Inter’s offers to the Argentinean striker is a wage of 2.3 million euros per year but he controls one hundred percent of his image rights. The second offer, on the other hand, sees the player’s wage increased to 2.8 million euros per year but the club controls half the striker’s image rights. Once the 22 year comes to a decision, the announcement of the deal will be a mere formality.
The former Sampdoria man has made 30 appearances for Roberto Mancin’s side this season in all competitions and he’s found the back of the net 16 times and has one assist to his name.
