It appears that Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne will return to training with the team tomorrow following his lengthy injury lay off.
When Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne went down with injury in his side’s match against Fiorentina back in November, not many knew what to expect. Once it was reported that the player ruptured ligaments in his knee, Insigne was expected to miss six months of action. However, just 4 months later and the Italy international will resume training with Benitez’ side shortly.
According to Sky Sport, Insigne will begin training with the team tomorrow after recovering from his injury. The player got the green light from the side’s medical team today following certain tests. It remains to be seen when Benitez will deem him fit enough to play him in league action.
