Roberto Mancini has reportedly made Stevan Jovetic one of his top transfer targets as he nears his first summer transfer window since re-joining Inter Milan.
The Montenegrin is reportedly on the radar of many clubs, but Mancini’s Inter side are the latest to begin negotiations to pry the forward away from Manchester City.
Jovetic has found playing time hard to come by since making the switch the Premier League last season both due to form and fitness, and a move away is not out of the question.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio’s English page, Inter have “rekindled their interest” in the forward, and he is one of the clubs top targets come the summer window.
Jovetic has appeared in 24 matches for the Citizens this campaign, adding only five goals. The player has rarely gone the full 90 minutes, and has not been able to conjure up the form he had while playing for Fiorentina since arriving in England.
