Fredy Guarin is trying to put his failed passage to Juventus behind him.
“Guarin requested permission to return to practice yesterday. We are quite pleased with this display of professionalism by the Columbian”, Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio told sportmediaset.
Ausilio then stated that there are no offers on Guarin, and that Inter will stay vigilant during this transfer window but didn’t rule out a contract extension for the 27 year old.
Despite this, SempreInter.com reports that Guarin will not feature in Inter’s starting lineup on Sunday versus Catania, and will likely be on the nerazzurri‘s bench.
Guarin has scored 4 goals, provided 11 assists in 22 official matches for Inter this season.
