Inter have reportedly set a price for their forward Mauro Icardi and will turn their attention to a Borussia Dortmund striker should he leave.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, there is a possibility that Mauro Icardi leaves Inter in the summer. In that case, the nerazzurri would want no less than 35 to 40 million euros to part ways with the former Sampdoria man. Should Icardi leave the club, Roberto Mancini’s side would immediately set their sights on Borussia Dortmund’s star striker.

In recent weeks, it’s been reported that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would be Inter’s primary target for the attack if the Argentine leaves. According to recent reports, he would cost the Serie A giants marginally less than their valuation for Icardi which makes him even more enticing. However, all this will depend on their participation in the Champions League.

This season Icardi has made 22 appearances in all competitions for Inter scoring 10 goals and adding one assist. Aubameyang, by contrast, has 27 goals in 27 appearances in all competitions this season.
