Milan gunman Patrick Cutrone is excited about making his debut for the senior Italy team.
Italy Caretaker Manager Luigi Di Biagio announced his first Azzurri squad for the upcoming friendlies against Argentina and England and Rossoneri star Cutrone has been included.
Cutrone scored his 15th goal of the season in all competitions yesterday as Milan defeated Chievo 3-2 and continued their pursuit of a Champions League place.
Cutrone spoke to Milan TV with regards to Sunday’s victory and his inclusion in the Azzurri squad.
“It was crucial to win and even better with a goal I scored.
“Now we need to stay on this path. It was a crucial game, we needed the three points. I only think about working and training hard. I want to improve and I try to go wherever the ball goes.
“Credit to Gattuso? It goes to him and all his staff. We train well and we’re showing ourselves to be a unit”.
“Italy debut? It’ll be very exciting. I didn’t expect it, I’d seen the Under-21 squad and I didn’t believe it. I’ll give my all too”.
