It’s a been a week of uncertainty for Adnan Janzuaj. Not only has the Manchester United midfielder’s International career come under media scrutiny, there’s also been a degree of speculation surrounding his future at the Red Devils.
After being strongly linked with Juventus for a long period of time, Gianluca Di Marzio, the Mercato specialist, has reported on Januzaj’s situation saying, “Juventus has been working for at least a year on him, but it’s become more difficult after the player’s recent performances in the Premier League.”. Januzaj played in Man United’s 2-1 win over West Brom at the weekend, scoring both goals.
The Kosovo-born midfielder only has 8 months left on his contract, so there is the possibility of him following in Paul Pogba’s footsteps and leaving Manchester United for Turin on a Bosman transfer, meaning Juventus wouldn’t have to pay a penny to the Manchester club. Saying that, it seems much more likely for the young midfielder to sign a renewal with Manchester United, rather than opting for a move to Turin.
