The teenage starlet has caused quite a stir after not showing up to the Primavera training camp.
He was called up, but did not show up. Moise Kean Bioty, the 16 year old who last year scored 24 goals in 25 games with the Allevi U-17 has not responded to Fabio Grosso’s call to join the primavera (U-19).
Kean is one of Juve’s most valued jewels in their youth ranks and they want to keep him in their organization. However, his future could be for the moment away from Turin.
Fabio Grosso’s side is currently training in Aymavilles in the Valle D’Aosta region of Italy. His side will continue to train there in preparation for the season ahead until July 29th.
The Ivorian-Italian, who was born in Vercelli, not far from Turin has played for the Italy national side youth ranks from the U-15 to the U-17 has captivated scouts. Some call him the “new Balotelli” for his prolific finishing ability. Now that he is 16 years old, he is free to leave Italy to ply his trade elsewhere. Unfortunately for him, teams in Italy are extremely reluctant to give playing time to youngsters, much less teenagers of his age.
But Kean has something that others his agent don’t. They don’t have mega-agent Mino Raiola in their corner. Raiola represent’s Kean’s interests but he has been unable to find an agreement with Juventus, who are unwilling to pay a commission fee to the agent of such a young player, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. Fortunately for Juventus, the club has an excellent relationship with Raiola who has represented numerous players at the their club.
It’s more likely that Kean will end up on loan rather than end up at Allegri’s camp. One thing however is for certain, Moise Kean’s future is incredibly bright. In 8 appearances with Italy’s U-17, Kean has scored five goals, four of which in competitive matches.
