Juventus and Sassuolo will look to combine forces once more in the transfer market in order to sign Stefano Sensi and Marcello Trotta.
While their relationship is not one that is set on paper, Juventus and Sassuolo have continued to work together on the transfer market to lock up some of Italy’s hottest talents. First, they did it with Domenico Berardi and Simone Zaza among others and they will now look at a further two Italian talents.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus and Sassuolo will combine their efforts to sign Cesena’s Stefano Sensi and Avellino’s Marcello Trotta. Moreover, there was another meeting between Juventus and Cesena in which an agreement was reportedly reached for the midfielder. On Monday, they will decide if the player will join Sassuolo right away or in June. The cost of the deal would be 5 million euros if he signs in June or 5.5 million euros if they do it right way.
For Trotta, on the other hand, Juventus would like to sign him and send him to Sassuolo immediately where he would replace the departing Sergio Floccari. However, they will be facing stiff competition from Frosinone who met with Avelinno today to accelerate the process of a potential transfer.
Sassuolo have also recently secured Diego Falcinelli for the foreseeable future putting off potential suitors.
