Alvaro Morata’s return to Juventus has developed as the player himself is keen on returning to Turin.
The Spanish International was a Bianconeri regular from 2014 to 2016, however Real Madrid activated a buyback clause in the summer of 2016.
Morata spent a single season with Los Blancos before being sold to Chelsea, unfortunately he has failed to settle in London due to him playing with an ongoing injury.
Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Morata’s Agent has been in discussions with the Old Lady for the past two weeks and that the player wants to return to Turin.
Chelsea have failed to qualify for next seasons Champions League and the club will be tempted to sell Morata for this reason alone.
The Blues spent €75 Million on Morata and are expected sell him for no less than €60 Million. The Bianconeri are unwilling to spend such a high figure on the Spanish International so the club are planning an expensive loan deal instead worth €50 Million.
Although it’ll be difficult to persuade Chelsea, Morata’s desire to leave the club and return to Juventus could see a deal go ahead.
Morata has scored 15 goals in 47 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions this season.
