Juventus Sporting Director Beppe Marotta spoke to the media while being on scene for the “Assist” presentation.
Marotta spoke about Leonardo Bonucci and made some comments on transfers offers Juventus received, or rejected.
The director spoke on behalf of Leonardo Bonucci’s comments about being hesitant after being courted by Premier League side, Chelsea:
“The fact that these years have been happy for the team also makes the individuals happy. It is normal that there is proof of interest on of our players.”
Marotta commented also on rejected offers for Mario Lemina and was asked if Miralem Pjanic is on his way out:
“We have received several offers for many players. Some of which did not “exit” because they addressed our important profiles. It is Allegri’s competence that decides the eleven that go onto the field and he plays the best. Besides, football is a team sport, you lose in eleven and you win in eleven.”
