Allegri wants to reunite with his prodigy Mattia De Sciglio at Juventus.
The 23-year-old left back’s future at the moment is anything but certain. His sudden revival at the Euro this summer has put him back in the transfer market spotlight.
According to Sky Sport, Juventus are continuing their pursuit of De Sciglio as Allegri has personally asked for the player to be signed.
However, Milan are asking for €25 million for the player’s signature. Which at the moment it’s unclear whether or not that will deter Juventus. The impending Pogba sale could give them the funds to sign multiple players as the window comes to close.
For Milan, the club is currently monitoring the physical status of free agent Martin Caceres, who was let go by Juventus in June. The Uruguayan has been training near Lake Como to recover from his Achilles’ injury he suffered in January.
