The Old Lady are looking to acquire another midfield gem.
Juventus are looking for the next big thing in the midfield, and now they are looking at Genoa owned Rolando Mandragora.
The 18 year old Napoli born Italian is currently on loan in Serie B with Abruzzo sign Pescara, this season alone he’s made 13 appearances for the Delfini.
SKY Pundit Gianluca Di Marzio calls Mandragora, “the most talented player born in 1997”.
There’s a high level of interest to complete the deal, all parties involved are working to perfect it. Now the Bianconeri are speaking with Mandragora’s agent, Vincenzo Piscane to find an agreement. In the next few days it is suspected that there will be a meeting between the clubs and agents.
Juventus isn’t the only one looking to sign Mandragora, European giants such as PSG, Liverpool and even Manchester City have make information requests, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Even more impressive is the fact that the 18 year old has made 6 appearances with with Italy U21 side.
In the next few days, negotations should intensify and eventually a concrete offer. But between Juve and Genoa, there’s an agreement in principle. It looks like Mandragora’s future is black and white.
The Italian made his Serie A debut against Juventus back towards the end of last year with Genoa.
