The Bianconeri have reportedly offered 3o million to Lyon for the services of the young Frenchman.

The 22 year old has made over 100 appearances for Lyon since 2013 which is an impressive statistic considering his age. Tolisso has impressed many clubs with his play in Ligue 1 this season, his flexibility has been positively observed as he has been deployed as a central midfielder and as a right back.

Juventus are reportedly keen on bringing the youngster to Turin this January for a large sum. However Lyon’s owner Jean-Michel Aulas had this to say in an interview with RMC Sport.

“There was contact with the Bianconeri, but we have decided not sell him this winter, we will review the situation come this summer.”

It will be interesting to see if Marotta still pursues Tolisso this winter despite the owners assurance he will not part with the player. It is possible the two clubs could come to an agreement this January and have the player join the Old Lady in six months time.
