Milan legend Ricardo Kaka has spoken out regarding Milan’s new head coach Vincenzo Montella.

The Orlando City man spoke to OmniSport this evening and gave his opinion on the Milan boss.

Montella? I think hes the right man for Milan. It is not easy, who knows how the new Chinese ownership will handle things, but I think they’re going to make some changes. I believe that the rossonerri have to understand that at this moment you have to move forward in small steps. First you need to return to Europe, playing in the Europa League or Champions League.

Many remember Kaka from his time at Milan spanning from 2003 to 2009 where he won one Serie A title and one Champions League trophy. Kaka later returned from Real Madrid in 2013 on a free transfer where he would later play one full season with the club making 30 appearances and notching 100 goals for the club in all competitions.
