“Ricky” Kaka donned the Milan shirt 307 times scoring 104 goals in the process.
However, it is official, he will not wear the shirt again and will look for a new adventure his very storied career.
Here is the statement from AC Milan’s official website: “Milan and Ricky Kakà have come to a mutual agreement to end the Brazil star’s contract but there is no doubt that the mutual feeling of love and respect will always be there.”
“So, it is ciao, Ricky! A big hug to you, Carolina and your children and we know you will be tied to the Rossoneri forever and we hope that you will be sending message of congratulations in the future,” the statement concluded.
Kaka will arrive in Florida in the early hours on the first of July to announce his move to Orlando City FC, a MLS expansion team set to kick off next season.
Upon his arrival, he will partake in a press conference to announce his new adventure and take questions from the press to clarify his decision.
