Lazio continue to look at wingers to replace Antonio Candreva and have shifted their attention to Alessio Cerci.
Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting that Atletico Madrid’s Alessio Cerci remains Lazio’s number one target to replace the departed Antonio Candreva, who signed with Inter. If Cerci is not attainable, the biancocelesti will shift their attention to Wolfsburg’s Daniel Caligiuri. The Italian is said to be interested in moving to Lazio and would cost Inzaghi’s side anything between 6 or 7 million euros.
With Candreva gone, there’s now a gap waiting to be filled on the right wing. Cerci has struggled in recent times but could revive his career at Lazio. Caligiuri, by contrast, has been having a decent spell in Germany and would be a good signing on the cheap for Lazio.
