Milan outcast Luiz Adriano seems to have finally completed a move to Russian side Spartak Moscow pending a medical. After the two clubs reached an agreement earlier this month it was more than certain that the Brazilian would depart the rossoneri this January.
The 29 year old Brazilian posted on his Instagram account earlier this afternoon an image of him on a flight to Russia. It is very likely that he will complete a medical at some point tomorrow morning.
Although Milan will not receive much cash in return for the player, they are able to free up plenty of salary, almost 25 million in total. Adriano leaves the rossoneri without making much of an impact, at one point he went a season and a half without finding a goal.
He finished his stint with the rossoneri having scored 6 goals in 34 appearances between Serie A and Coppa Italia action. With Carlos Bacca and Gianluca Lapadula ahead of him on the depth chart, it is no surprise Adriano will be moving on from the Milanese club.
