Luiz Adriano’s future is very much up in the air with the rossonerri.
After an up and down first season with the club, there were many questions regarding the Brazilians position within the team.
Although Milan have sold the likes of Jeremy Menez and Alessandro Matri, they still retain the services of Carlos Bacca, Mbaye Niang, and new signing Gianluca Lapadula. At times throughout the preseason Adriano has been used on the wings of a 4-3-3 formation.
With plenty of competition for playing time for the central striker role, there is a definite possibility that he could be moved before the transfer window closes on August 31st.
The 29 year old striker had a very impressive resume before joining Milan in 2015. In six seasons with Ukrainian club Shaktar Donetsk, Adriano notched an impressive 77 goals in 162 appearances for the club. Last seasons campaign with Milan saw him find the back of the net 4 times in 26 appearances in all competitions.
