According to Goal.com, Marco Storari’s move to AC Milan is no longer in the works as the veteran keeper is set to join Genoa to replace the injured Mattia Perin.

It had been previously reported that Cagliari and Milan were working on a loan trade which would see veteran keeper Marco Storari join the Rossoneri for a second time in his career. Cagliari were set to receive a minute-seeking Gabriel who has had a hard time seeing minutes with a so called Donnarumma in front of him.

With Mattia Perin’s saddening ACL injury, Genoa have decided to make the former Juventus goalkeeper Marco Storari his replacement for the rest of the season.
