Juventus continue to make France international Blaise Matuidi their priority target for the midfield.
Earlier in the week, Mundo Deportivo reported that Juventus were eyeing Real Madrid’s Isco and Mateo Kovacic for the midfield. However, it now appears that they’ve reverted their attention towards Paris Saint-Germain’s Blaise Matuidi instead.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Matuidi is the primary objective for the Bianconeri who wish to find a replacement for the departed Paul Pogba. The Parisian’s Adrien Rabiot is a fallback option as well.
Chelsea’s new coach Antonio Conte always liked Nemanja Matic during his coaching spell with Juventus, and now has him under control in England. The Italian club wished to bring him to Serie A but Conte has convinced Matic to remain.
