A few days ago Monaco were thought to approach Inter about a transfer deal involving Mauro Icardi moving to the French club. Monaco has continued to apply the pressure to Inter and now have a price tag for the Argentine striker.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Inter do not consider the 21-year-old on the market, but have set the price tag at €35 million. Monaco have yet to offer anything like that, and the Nerazzurri are trying their best to retain his services.
Earlier this week Tuttomercatoweb had Monaco offering €27 million as a possible replacement for Falcao or the newly departed James Rodriguez.
Icardi had nine goals through 22 games in Serie A last season.
