Milan are looking to shake up their front office and bring in fresh faces following Umberto Gandini’s departure to Roma.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio AC Milan are looking to appoint new directors to push the club into a new direction. Delegate administrator Marco Fassone is tasked with finding eligible candidates.

One of the most important roles being considered at the moment is their sporting director, with an abundance of names being linked to the position, including  directors from other teams.

At the moment, one of the most sought after directors is Massimiliano Mirabelli, who is currently the head of scouting at arch rivals Inter. It is well known that Fassone and Mirabelli have worked together previously.

Massimiliano Mirabelli isn’t the only candidate as Juventus’s Fabio Paratici is also highly regarded, but has already turned down an approach from Milan as he is content with his current director role with the bianconeri.
