The Milan fullback is yet to agree to terms over a new contract.
With Juventus waiting in the wing for Mattia De Sciglio, who’s contract expires in 18 months and for the moment is yet to come to an agreement.
Last week, it was reported Juve had made contacts with the player’s agent and was pushing for a move in the summer, but Milan CEO Adriano Galliani refuted all claims.
“I’ve not spoken with Juventus about De Sciglio…He’s under contract for 18 months, we have all the time in the world,” Galliani said.
Reports suggest De Sciglio is missing tonight’s game against Torino due to injury, but it’s worrisome that something else may be brewing.
Davide Calabria, another Milan academy product will be taking his place tonight in the lineup. Calabria has been at the center of several club’s attention in January, but Milan have refused to sell him.
