Milan’s front office duo will be in attendance at Stanford Bridge Saturday afternoon to take in the Chelsea-Leicester City match.
Having already arrived in London, this is the first time both Fassone and Mirabelli have been spotted together in public. Besides taking in the match, Sky Sports has reported that they are also there to meet new contacts. It has also been reported that Fassone will be flying to China Monday to meet with the leaders of Sino Europe.
While Mirabelli is a fairly new addition o the Milan front office, Fassone was officially appointed as the new club’s CEO back in August.
Once the takeover of Milan is completed by the Chinese Fassone will replace long time CEO Adriano Galliani. Fassone haw previously worked with Juventus, Inter, and Napoli in the past. Mirabelli on the other hand will be the club’s new official sporting director and will be working closely with Fassone.
Mirabelli was formerly head of scouting at rival club Inter.
