Much has been made over Morata’s future, and it seems to be set in white.
Speaking to Spanish newspaper AS, Morata made it be known of his love for Los Blancos after winning their 11th Champions League title. “My destiny is to play and to win with Real.”
“I’ve won everything you could win in Italy, twice. I reached the finale of the Champions League, I scored a goal [in it against Barcelona] and I’ve grown as a player and as a person. I believe I’m a different player than the one I was when I left Real Madrid. I was a boy, and I come back a man.”
Morata would like to see clarity in his future, rumors in the past have linked him with a quick sale from Real to a third party in order for the 11 time Champions League winners to turn a quick profit.
“I’d like to see it resolved all before June 13th, when Spain debuts in the Euros.”
His desire is clear now, he wants to go home. “This is what I want, it’s my destiny. But it’s also true that at Madrid there are really great players and I want to play and to feel important.”
Real Madrid hold a buy back clause rumored to be around €35-38 million. Juventus still want to keep the Spanish forward, but as Sporting Director Giuseppe Marotta has always stated, if a player wants to leave the Old Lady, they won’t hold him back.
