Napoli 4-1 Lazio: The Biancoceleste Player Ratings

Lazio suffered a 4-1 beating at the hands of Napoli and fall for the third consecutive match.

Thomas Strakosha (5): Nothing more he could do on the four goals conceded as the Albanian was let down by his defense all night long. Not a good day between-the-sticks.

Stefan De Dvrij (6): Not the best of nights defensively, but he did give the Laziale a bit of hope with his opener in the third minute.

Wallace (4): A terrible own-goal which doomed Lazio to a loss. You could feel the game change after this clinical finish into the back of his own net. He looked out of control all night long.

Stefan Radu (5): The Romanian played a solid first half and then everything fell apart in the second. Napoli came after his flank with a vengeance, leaving him totally under-fire for the better part of the night.

Adam Marusic (5): Didn’t know he was on the field for the most of the night. Insigne made him look foolish and he rarely got forward after the first 30 minutes.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (5.5): If we were judging his performance by the first 30 minutes, he would have had a 9. Elegant, precise, grintoso. Then even the mighty Serbian fell victim to the Vesuviani onslaught.

Marco Parolo (5.5): Had sparks early on and like much of his team he fell apart as the game went on, albeit he was the best of the midfield trio.

Lucas Leiva (5): Made several challenges and tackles that appeared to be holding up Napoli. He did little of note going forward and in all honesty his exit came 10 minutes too late.

Senad Lulic (6): The captain played a stoic 60 minute shift and was not responsible for the collapse of his side. He left when the game was still open.

Ciro Immobile (6): Assisted de Vrij’s opener and did not stop running the entire night. One of the few bright spots for this struggling Lazio side.

Luis Alberto (4.5): Never got into the game tonight and frankly should have been subbed off at halftime. Napoli’s midfield snuffed him out before he could even get a shot at the defense, much less Reina in goal.

Jordan Lukaku (5): You could see it in his eyes before he came on that he was just not going to do well. Didn’t provide much of anything for Lazio.

Felipe Caicedo (5): Had half an hour to make something happen but failed to. Game was over by the hour mark anyways.

Nani (5): Came on too late to make much of an impact.
