Napoli are reportedly continuing to shop striker Manolo Gabbiadini abroad and have no shortage of suitors for the former Sampdoria man.
According to Gabbiadini’s agent Silvio Pagliari, his client’s future lies in either the Bundesliga or the Premier League.
“He will go to the Bundesliga or the Premier League. Over the next week, we will figure out everything.”
Earlier in the day, there was a meeting between Pagliari and Napoli’s sporting director Giuntoli and Chiavelli. Napoli are reportedly asking for a fee in the region of 20 to 22 million euros. Wolfsburg, on the other hand, want the player on loan, to which the partenopei have rejected. Outside of Wolfsburg, Southampton, West Brom and Shalke are interested in the player.
However, they aren’t offering more than 15 million euros plus bonus for him. As a result, Napoli are refusing to sell. The parties are still in constant negotiations to find a deal with the Italian giants and the player. While there is still some uncertainty surrounding Gabbiadini’s future, it’s clear he’s leaving the club in January.
