Juventus submitted their first formal bid of about 22 million, but PSG want more.

According to Di Marzio, Juventus have submitted a formal bid of €22 million with €5 million in bonuses for Blaise Matuidi. PSG has countered by asking for €30 million for the French international.

Matuidi would be a likely replacement in the starting lineup as a replacement for fellow French international Paul Pogba.

The 29 year old would also be joining his France teammate Patrice Evra.

Matuidi has played 167 matches for Paris Saint-Germain since joining the club in 2011.
