The Brazil international has officially signed with the Bianconeri.
Medical and contract signing on the cards today for Dani Alves with his presentation scheduled for tomorrow. He signs a deal that runs until 2018.
Dani Alves is officially a Juventus player and the second signing of the summer. The Brazilian is in Turin today to complete his medical and sign the contract that will bring him from Barcelona on a free transfer. He slept in a city-centre hotel last night and made his way to JMedical this morning. As he stepped out of the five star Principi di Piemonte Hotel around fifty fans were there to welcome him and their ambitions for the coming season are already clear as they shouted to him, ‘win us the Champions League!’.
The 33 year-old may be just the man to do that, as with his 23 trophies won at Barca he is the most decorated Brazilian in history. After the conclusion of his medical he will go to the Juventus HQ on Corso Galileo Ferraris to sign a two year contract, with the option of a third year, at €3.5 million a season plus bonuses.
The club confirmed that there is an option for another season in the deal.
