Chievo striker Alberto Paloschi is reportedly a target for a Sassuolo side looking to push on for European places.
Sassuolo are attempting to pull off a couple of mercato signings of their own this window. According to Corriere dello Sport, while Cagliari’s Nicolas Murru remains a main target for them, they have recently identified Chievo striker Alberto Paloschi as one of their new objectives.
The former Milan youth product has been a constant fixture at Verona, leading the front line for the Mussi Volanti since 2012. Sassuolo are hot on his heels but may face competiton from Atalanta who have also shown their interest for the Italian.
Paloschi currently has 7 goals in 18 appearances, accumulating one yellow card along the way.
