French giants Paris Saint-Germain have made Palermo super star Paulo Dybala a priority to reinforce their attack.
In the past, the French champions have used Italy as a scouting zone of sorts and have raided the peninsula for the latest talent. In recent seasons, Laurent Blanc’s side have purchased Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva from Milan, Ezequiel Lavezzi and Edinson Cavani from Napoli, Thiago Motta from Inter and Marco Verratti from Pescara among others. Now it seems that they are after Serie A’s latest gem in the form of Paulo Dybala.
According to Sky Sport, some representatives of the French club were in attendance of the Palermo-Roma game to watch Dybala play. The representatives were reportedly very happy with what they saw and have identified the Argentine as their side’s ideal target for the transfer window in June. Dybala, on the other hand, is set to sign a renewal with his club. Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini, however, said that despite his forward signing a new contract he knows he’s on his way out of the club.
