Napoli’s goalkeeper is set to sign with AC Milan in the coming hours after undergoing his medical examination prior to putting pen-to-paper.
After Sunday’s 0-0 draw against Inter at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Reina began the morning after by conducting physical tests at the MilanLab.
According to Sky Sport 24, Reina will sign a two-year deal worth €3 million net per season.
The Rossoneri have informed Napoli of their decision and are full speed ahead. But the bigger question is what happens now with Gianluigi Donnarumma, who certainly looks to be on his way out if Milan are spending that kind of money.
It also should spell the end of Marco Storari’s playing career as he would serve little use as a backup to a veteran like Reina.
