Udinese’s gifted centrocampista Piotr Zielinski is creeping towards a move to Napoli.
The Polish international who featured a bit for the Bialo-Czerwoni this month in France during the European Championships looks to be headed out of Udinese, with Naples the likely destination.
Udinese’s sporting director Nereo Bonato addressed the rumors of his prized 22-year old on Radio Kiss Kiss:
“Piotr informed me that he will wait until after the Euro to make a decision, and in the coming days we will have more news. There is an agreement with Napoli and we hope that he can find one of his own with the Neapolitans.”
Zielinski was superb for Empoli last season in thirty-five Serie A appearances, scoring five goals and assisting six, via transfermarkt. Liverpool have been on the tails of the young Pole but it seems as if he will stay in Italy.
