English giants, Arsenal and French giants, PSG, are currently chasing Juventus’ Stephan Lichtsteiner, who the Bianconeri are currently working on a renewal for.
The Swiss midfielder turns 31 this January, and his contract is on course to end this summer, meaning he’d be a free agent who could be signed by any team.
Via Tuttosport, Lichtsteiner is looking for a three year deal worth €3m/year, while Juventus are prepared to only offer a two year deal.
Arsenal are currently looking at Lichtsteiner as a short-term fix for their RB position, Lichtsteiner would not be a guaranteed starter with Mathieu Debuchy and Calum Chambers occupying the position. PSG reportedly want ‘revenge’ for Juventus stealing Coman away last summer, and Lichtsteiner is viewed as a great addition that would help them in the Champions League.
