Unwanted Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli is looking for a new club and may just be reunited with Jose Mourinho at Manchester United.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Mino Raiola’s priority is keeping Mario Balotelli in the Premier League. In his mind, it’s there where he will be paid his biggest salary and be able to redeem his career. Other than Crystal Palace’s reported interest in the player from England, one bombshell has emerged: Balotelli to Manchester United. Raiola has offered him to Mourinho, a manager who has always had a great rapport with the player.
At the same time, however, there is strong interest in Balotelli coming from Italy. Palermo have recently entered the Balotelli sweepstakes. Palermo’s fans also made a banner that was at their stadium saying “Balotelli in pink.” Palermo also have set their sights on Stefano Okaka in case their pursuit for Balotelli goes awry. Palermo will face competition within Italy from Bologna and Chievo, who are setting aside a million euros for the striker.
